Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with data, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@inatautoparts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.
No returns will be accepted without product quality issues! So please contact us in time after purchase to confirm whether the product model is correct. If you must return the product, we only support return requests within 30 days.
1) Refund if not shipped
When refunding, because the fees deducted by gateways such as Shopify Payments is not returned to us, we will return the full amount actually received.
2) Refund if shipped
When refunding, buyer pays for the send and return shipping. Because the fees deducted by gateways such as Shopify Payments is not returned to us, we deduct the shipping fee from the actual amount received and then return it to the buyer.
- The buyer applies for a refund due to product quality problems. After receiving the returned product, the engineer will check whether the product has quality problems. If there is indeed a quality problem, we will give a full refund (buyer pays for return shipping).

- There is no problem with the product quality, but the buyer insists on returning the product due to his/her own reasons (for example, buying the wrong style). - If there is no problem with the product quality and the product has been used, refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Over 30 days, returns are not accepted, but free repair/cleaning can be provided (buyer pays for return shipping).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
